Upon Malaysia Army's selection last month at our K9 Met facility, all 20 dogs were put under hip joint assessment by our UK vet to ensure the dogs have functional working hips for the next 7-8 years of service. Our vet x-rays each dog and proceeds on a full health check, making sure each dog is healthy to be deployed.
As of 10th October 2024, the boys have all landed safely in the hands and the land of Malaysia Military. They have a few weeks to decompress, bond with their handler, and climatise to the weather before they begin their intense training before their deployment. In this selection, we have trained and supplied Guarding dogs to protect Jungles, heavily dense forestry, abandoned woodlands etc, and Search & Rescue dogs which will be trained to find missing alive or deceased humans on and off land.
